Through this membership, AYA is connected to a wider global community that promotes learning, mentoring, professional development, networking, leadership and collaboration among women working, studying or developing their careers in STEM fields.
The membership supports AYA’s efforts to expand opportunities for Afghan young women to strengthen their digital and technical skills, connect with mentors and peers, increase their professional visibility and participate in national, regional and global knowledge exchange.
