AYA registered as the State of Youth Chapter from Afghanistan, connecting Afghan youth with a global network to advance the SDGs, leadership, volunteerism, and youth participation.
The Afghan Youth Action (AYA) Network is proud to serve as the State of Youth Chapter for Afghanistan, joining a global movement of young leaders working to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and strengthen youth participation in decision-making.
As the Afghanistan Chapter, AYA connects Afghan youth with the international State of Youth community, creating opportunities for leadership development, knowledge exchange, innovation, and global collaboration. Through this membership, AYA promotes youth-led initiatives, civic engagement, volunteerism, climate action, and community development while ensuring that the voices and priorities of Afghan young people are represented in regional and global discussions.
AYA actively contributes to the State of Youth network by mobilizing youth volunteers across Afghanistan, sharing local experiences and good practices, participating in international campaigns and learning opportunities, and fostering partnerships with youth organizations and development partners. This membership reinforces AYA's commitment to empowering young people as leaders and changemakers who contribute to building more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable communities across Afghanistan and beyond.
